Since it's creation in 2001, The DurantCom Weekly Audition notices have been distributed at no cost to producers or actors.


Submission deadline is MIDNIGHT Saturday.

IMPORTANT: READ ENTIRE PAGE OF INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE SUBMTTING YOUR NOTICE

  • SUBMISSION DEADLINE is midnight each SATURDAY
  • Auditions are distributed to subscribers - once a week - on MONDAY
  • IF YOUR NOTICE CANNOT WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT DISTRIBUTION, contact DurantCom about a "Mid-week Notice" (fees apply)

    • Terms of Service - Submission Information

  • Fill out as much of the form as possible.
  • Keep info BRIEF and to the point. If your breakdown has a lengthy list of characters, please condense it as much as possible or refer actors to your website for details. DurantCom reserves the right to edit for length.
  • Use each space only as labeled, read the field descriptions that popup to the right of each field.
  • DO NOT USE ALL CAPITAL LETTERS in your descriptions - its much harder to read!
  • To guarantee the best turnout possible, submit your notice at least 2 or 3 weeks before the audition.
  • Notices without a specific audition date will be posted for a maximum of two (2) weeks.
  • CHECK your facts and spelling before submitting! DurantCom is not responsible for typos.
  • It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all dates and contact info.
  • If you're relatively new to the actor community, use the "Additional Info" box to introduce yourself and your company. However this box is not to be used for extensive promotional purposes - please refer actors to your website if they need additional details.

    • Terms of Service - Posting and Distribution Policy

  • Notices are distributed every Monday via email newsletter to the DurantCom subscriber list one time only. Notices remain posted online until the audition date. Notices without a specific date will be remain posted on line for a maximum of two (2) weeks.
  • Do not resubmit a notice unless there is a critical update to the audition date, time or venue.
  • Redistribution of a notice occur only if there is a critical change in audition date, time or location. If you do find you need to resubmit notice with corrections, please contact Durantcom via email with the corrections to audition date, time or location only. Corrections will appear on the site as soon as the notice is updated and corrections will then go out in the next newsletter.
  • If you have corrections to any other information in the notice you must resubmit the notice and contact DurantCom via email notifying us of the corrected notice.
  • If you would like a SECOND distribution in the newsletter OR if your notice deadline cannot wait until the next distribution, you may request a special "Mid-week Notice". These are individual notices that are distributed as a stand alone announcement and are immediately posted on line. NOTE: This service will require a nominal advance fee. Contact DurantCom for details.
  • If is it urgent for your to pull your notice early, contact DurantCom by both email and phone.
  • All notices are subject to review and DurantCom reserves the right to edit.
